Under standard conditions (moderate indoor air quality, average daily operation of 8 hours), the lifespan of our flat activated carbon filter mesh is typically 6-12 months. Actual lifespan is affected by factors such as airflow, gas concentration, humidity, and temperature. Our CNAS recognized testing center can conduct lifespan tests based on actual customer conditions and provide professional replacement cycle recommendations. For OEM customers, we can also provide lifespan indication labels and customize activated carbon loading to extend replacement cycles as value-added solutions.

Activated carbon filter mesh has strong adsorption capabilities, and during transportation and storage, attention should be paid to: ① using independent PE sealed bags + color boxes/carton packaging to prevent adsorption of odors or moisture failure during transit; ② recommended storage environment temperature 5-35°C, relative humidity ≤70%, away from organic solvents, paints, and other volatile materials; ③ use within 12 months after production is recommended to ensure optimal adsorption performance.
