Our dust bags use a multi-layer composite melt-blown non-woven fabric structure, achieving filter efficiency of ≥99% for 0.3μm particles (H11-H13 level), effectively locking fine dust, pollen, dust mites, and allergens to prevent secondary dust rising. The dust capacity is typically 2.5L-3L based on bag specifications and can typically support 30-60 days of household use. All products can be issued with authoritative test reports by our nationally accredited CNAS testing center, and can also be paired with third-party tests (such as TÜV, SGS, Intertek).

The standard MOQ for stocked products is usually 5,000-10,000 pieces; the MOQ for customized products is determined through negotiation based on complexity. In terms of delivery timelines, stock standard orders are shipped in about 7-15 days; customized orders (including mold opening) usually take 30-45 days, subject to order confirmation. Our company has a complete supply chain and large-scale capacity that can meet rapid reorder and large shipment requests from clients.

Regular stock models are shipped within 7-15 days; OEM customized orders are delivered within 25-35 days after confirming samples; the overall cycle for mold projects is about 45-60 days. The cover is made from food-grade ABS or PP material, which is recyclable. The product design follows a disposable sealed disposal concept, allowing users to one-click seal and discard when replacing, preventing dust leakage and balancing hygiene and environmental friendliness, aligning with the green consumption trends in Europe and the United States.
