This product utilizes imported high loft synthetic fiber or fiberglass filter materials, forming a uniform pleat structure through a hot melt adhesive point process, eliminating the need for aluminum partitions. It features high dust holding capacity, low resistance, lightweight, and convenient replacement. The frame options include galvanized sheet, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or paper frame. Under typical commercial ventilation conditions, the service life is usually 6-12 months, depending on airflow, dust concentration, and operating time. Medium efficiency filters are prone to deformation; we adopt a three-layer packaging solution of independent PE dustproof bags + high-strength corrugated color boxes + reinforced outer boxes, using EPE pearl cotton for corner protection inside the box to prevent crease deformation of the filter material due to transport pressure. Export orders are equipped with fumigated wooden pallets and shrink wrap reinforcement by default, and can be customized into neutral packaging, customer brand packaging, or packaging that meets Amazon FBA standards as required, ensuring goods remain in good quality after long-distance sea transport.
