Addressing the issues of high wind pressure and deformation in industrial ventilation and HVAC systems, Cleantop has developed the Separator Pleated Box Filter. Featuring a robust aluminum or galvanized exterior frame coupled with precision-supported, deep pleat filter media, it ensures a high dust holding capacity while maintaining ultra-low resistance at a rated maximum airspeed of 2.5 m/s. It serves as the perfect
Our separator box filters offer various efficiency grades from F6 to F9 (according to EN779 standards) or MERV 11-15 (according to ASHRAE 52.2 standards) and have excellent capture efficiency for particles 0.5μm and above. This product utilizes an aluminum foil or paper separator design, providing good rigidity, high airflow capacity, and large dust holding capacity, widely used in central air conditioning units, commercial ventilation systems, front-end filtering in electronic plants, pharmaceutical workshops, hospitals, and as pre-filtering protection for HEPA high-efficiency filters, significantly extending the lifespan of terminal high-efficiency filters.
We use imported ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as core filter material, combined with aluminum foil or kraft paper separators. The outer frame can be made of galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, or stainless steel. Under standard commercial air conditioning conditions (rated airflow, standard dust concentration), the product's lifespan is typically 12-18 months; actual lifespan will vary depending on onsite air quality, operating time, and final resistance settings. Our CNAS laboratory can provide test data on dust holding capacity to assist you in evaluating the total lifecycle cost.
We have passed ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 management system certifications and have obtained multiple international certifications, including European BSC1, US EPA, NSF, and SOP. In 2024, we updated to include IATF16949 automotive industry and medical supplies GMP certifications. The testing standards of separator box filters comply with EN779, EN1822, and ASHRAE 52.2, meeting the entry requirements of major markets such as Europe, the United States, Japan, and South Korea, with complete export documentation.
We fully support OEM/ODM customization services, which is also one of our core advantages. Customizable projects include: outer frame dimensions (non-standard sizes processed according to drawings), outer frame materials (galvanized steel/aluminum/stainless steel/wood), filtration efficiency grades (F6-F9), separator materials (aluminum foil/kraft paper), types of sealing glue, brand labels, and packaging plans. Our accumulation of thousands of solution options allows us to respond quickly to customers' differential needs, with sample development cycles typically ranging from 7 to 15 days.
Our company has a 50,000㎡ factory, of which 20,000㎡ is composed of six clean rooms, ensuring that filters are produced and assembled in a dust-free environment, avoiding secondary pollution. The company is equipped with a nationally CNAS-recognized testing center, and each batch of products undergoes appearance inspection, size detection, efficiency testing, resistance testing, and scanning for leaks (for high-grade products), with a strict control on shipment compliance rates. Over 20 years of manufacturing experience and IATF16949 systems provide customers with stable and reliable batch quality assurance.
The MOQ for standard specifications is generally 50-100 units, while customized specifications are to be confirmed based on specific dimensions and materials and can be flexibly negotiated. Regarding delivery cycles, conventional standard products have sufficient stock and can ship within 15-20 days; customized products usually take 25-35 days; for bulk orders, we will provide precise delivery dates based on production schedules. Our production capacity is sufficient to meet the stable supply needs of brand merchants and traders.
Samples can be provided. Standard specification samples can be quickly supplied, while the sample development cycle for customized specifications is 7-15 days. Samples include test reports issued by the CNAS testing center, containing core parameters such as efficiency, initial resistance, and dust holding capacity. For OEM customers with strong collaboration intentions, we can also assist with on-site installation guidance and data tracking to help you make informed supplier evaluation decisions.
Standard packaging uses a single PE bag + carton, with anti-vibration pearl cotton inside to ensure that the filter media does not get compressed or deformed; brand cartons, pallet packaging, or wooden export packaging (fumigation treatment) can be customized according to customer requests. Our products have been steadily exported to countries such as Europe, the United States, Japan, and South Korea, familiar with customs clearance requirements at various destination ports, supporting various trade terms such as FOB, CIF, DDP, and can assist in obtaining CO, FORM E, and other origin certificate documents.
