The standard model MOQ is usually 1,000 PCS, depending on the specifications; the MOQ for customized products is negotiated based on the molding situation. Regarding delivery: standard product stock orders ship within 7-15 days; OEM customized orders generally take 25-35 days (excluding molding time); the molding cycle is about 15-20 days. During peak season or large volume orders, we can arrange priority production to ensure your supply chain stability.

The recommended service life of the ULPA grade dust filter box is 500-1000 hours (specifically dependent on the dust concentration in the usage environment), classified as a disposable consumable. Washing is not recommended, as it may damage the fiber structure and filtration grade of the filter material. For applications requiring washable designs, we can also provide composite filtering solutions (such as pre-filter cotton + HEPA two-stage structure), where the pre-filter is washable to extend the life of the main filter cartridge.
